Orzo salad
I've made this for groups twice this week,and each time it was a huge hit. Can be made ahead, served at room temperature, good for picnics or potlucks.I didn't invent this, I just enjoy it....

your kids are lucky in their lunches! by the way, the original version of the recipe I had also called for fresh baby spinach (6-8 cups) , that wilts in the heat, but frankly, I'm sometimes too lazy...
